Where To Find Us
We’re set up every Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at The Country Store in Mount Joy. You’ll find us inside the shop and sometimes outside when the weather is nice. It’s a great spot to grab a drink while you shop for local goods and enjoy the cozy, small-town feel.
We’re also at Hoffer Farm in Manheim every Monday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary). On nice days, we’ll be outside, and if the patio is open, feel free to sit, relax, and enjoy your drink. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll be inside the library.
Hoffer Farm is home to the Kreider Farms Cultural Center, Sunrise Vista Event Space, a working farm, walking trails, and the Manheim Community Library, making it an easy place to stop by and stay awhile.
We also pop up at other spots around the community, so be sure to follow along on social media and check our website for updates.
Services
The Unwavering Cup is a mobile coffee cart serving events throughout Lancaster County, including Lancaster, Lititz, Manheim, Ephrata, and surrounding areas of Central Pennsylvania. We roast our own beans to ensure consistency and care in every drink. Our menu features espresso drinks, decaf options, cold brew, and non-coffee options. From weddings and parties to corporate offices and local partnerships, every menu is customized to fit your gathering. We are also happy to travel for events outside of Pennsylvania.
More Than A Coffee Cart
It was born out of some of life’s hardest and most meaningful seasons. Shaped by a journey through grief, healing, and renewed faith, its foundation is rooted in resilience and hope. This space exists to serve others, create room for genuine connection, and remind people that even when life shifts, God’s love remains steady and unwavering in every season.
As part of this mission, 20% of profits are donated to a faith-based nonprofit that supports individuals and families facing infertility. Through this, each purchase helps provide resources, community, and hope, so no one has to walk these journeys alone.
We roast our own specialty-grade beans in-house using high-quality green coffee sourced from Sweet Maria's Coffee. Each batch is roasted to order so every bag is as fresh as possible.
Our signature roast is a smooth medium roast made to work well for both espresso and cold brew. It has a rich and balanced flavor with notes of chocolate, caramel, molasses, and cocoa powder.
